Yes, they are printing all those checked documents into a single PDF file. No, these folks aren't doing anything special like switching forms. The user just selects, say, 200 documents in a view, and clicks File, Print, and chooses Adobe PDF, names the file, and as it's spinning, at some point the error pops up and it kills the whole thing. We can't even tell which document is corrupted.

Someone here said to try making a local replica of the application and try again...
